Behind The Vision

With extensive hands-on experience in India’s dynamic construction landscape, Fazal Ali Habib brings a blend of technical expertise, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to every project. As the Founder of Habvista Infratech, he channels his deep understanding of on-ground execution and multidisciplinary management into building infrastructure that stands the test of time—both in quality and purpose.

Professional Background : Fazal holds a Civil Engineering degree from Harcourt Butler Technological Institute (HBTI), Kanpur—a prestigious government college with a century-long legacy. He began his career on-site, working on residential and commercial building projects across Delhi. Taking on roles in execution, planning, cost control, and contract management, he built a strong operational foundation through hands-on involvement in all aspects of project delivery. His career took a defining turn with the Mumbai–Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail Project—India’s first bullet train corridor—where he served as a Consultant Engineer. He contributed to the execution and quality oversight of major civil infrastructure components such as stations, viaducts, PEB structures, roads, and tracks. This exposure to globally benchmarked practices and complex coordination environments deepened his understanding of what sets exceptional construction apart.

Through these experiences, Fazal identified a persistent gap in the market: while infrastructure demand was rapidly accelerating, clients often struggled to find contractors who delivered both technical reliability and timely execution. This insight became the driving force behind Habvista Infratech—a company founded to provide consistent, accountable, and technically sound construction services across sectors.
